  • Job Creation: Encourage new job creation by supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses through grants, loans, and tax incentives, especially targeting startups and high-growth industries.

  • Skills Development: Attract investors and prioritize investments in vocational training programs, apprenticeships, and educational opportunities that match the needs of emerging industries to ensure a skilled workforce for our evolving economy.

  • Support for Entrepreneurs: Attract investors and expand the budget for a comprehensive administrative support program for aspiring entrepreneurs, including mentorship programs, business development resources, and networking opportunities. I will also simplify the business startup and operation processes.

  • Competition and Consumer Benefits: Foster fair competition to encourage innovation, enhance product quality, and lower consumer costs, creating an environment where businesses can thrive and contribute to economic growth.

  • Overall Well-being: Advance initiatives that promote work-life balance, mental health support, and employee well-being, creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values individuals' overall well-being.

  • Eliminate high tariffs to bolster the competitiveness of our small businesses internationally.

  • Remove barriers to job training, placement, and entry-level positions, especially in sectors impacted by economic growth.

  • Strengthen partnerships between educational institutions and industries to ensure alignment between workforce skills and job opportunities.

  • Show every state what healthy competition looks like, and lead by example.

  • Promote initiatives that educate and mentor African Americans in diplomatic engagement and negotiation.

  • Promote policies that support individual well-being and balance between work and personal life.  

  • Advance policy initiatives that align with the interests of the Pacific Islander and African American workforce in collaboration with federal efforts. 

  • Promote and develop African American and Pacific Islander administrative expenditure requirements within the Federal and state government.

  • Raise public awareness of active denial of employment opportunities and advocate for the active participation of all in a long-term, sustainable workforce.

  • Advocates for initiatives that resolve conflict and establish cooperative agreements and treaties to progress our state socially, economically, and environmentally from a political and administrative perspective.

  • Sign executive order to expand business opportunities for small businesses and eliminate barriers in geographically-disadvantaged areas.

  • Streamline the HUBZone program in underutilized areas and grow communities.

  • Advance an initiative and advance a modern comprehensive workforce and unemployment accounting system for Washingtonians.

  • Launch initiatives to develop a skilled workforce that guarantees job placement to meet industry needs.

  • Remove barriers to job training and placement and entry-level positions, especially in sectors impacted by economic growth.
